Coolmation Service is the longest established supplier of service and spares for the Italian manufacturer Blue Box. All service engineers are factory trained while each of the company’s satellite tracked service vehicles carries the required level of equipment and spares which enables 90% of calls for assistance to result in a first time fix.

Long term reliability and energy efficiency has been enhanced by the development of Coolmation’s “Chiller Shield” maintenance programs. Response to requests for service assistance is even faster when Blue Box chillers are fitted with Coolmation’s “Chill Alert” low cost remote fault monitoring system.
